How to Register

To begin your registration, please select an Adult (or Senior) registration and add the appropriate quantity to your cart. Once you’ve done that, additional suggested registration options will appear, including Youth and Child registrations, which you can add as needed.

Registration requires a 20% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance will be due by April 31, and we’ll send an email reminder ahead of the deadline.

At the moment, housing options are not listed. We are in the process of transitioning to a new site after the January storm severely affected our longtime home in Cazadero. We appreciate your patience as we work through these details carefully and thoughtfully.

Once your deposit is complete, you will receive a registration form sent to the email address used at checkout. This form will ask for the names of all campers and additional information needed to finalize your registration.

Total fee for each family group INCLUDES a $150, non-refundable Admin Fee.
