Aki has had a lifelong passion for food. She enjoys eating, cooking and serving food from many different cultures. She has prepared meals for one and up to 500 people in various settings. She has taught a variety of cooking classes and workshops in a classroom and in her home. She is a retired elementary school teacher who prefers cooking primarily for her family and friends these days.
